Definitions
- “Service” refers to seamless.ae, a cloud-based property management platform.
- “User” means any individual or entity registered on seamless.ae, including landlords, property managers and tenants.
- “Content” includes all information, data, documents and materials available on the platform.
- “Account” is the registered profile through which users access seamless.ae.
General terms overview
These Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy and any other document referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seamless.ae. By accessing, registering for an account, or using our platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these terms. Seamless.ae reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time; changes will be effective upon posting on the platform.
Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use seamless.ae. Users agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to maintain their account information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must notify seamless.ae immediately of any unauthorised use or breach of security.
Services and platform maintenance
Seamless.ae provides comprehensive property management tools, including lease management, payment collection, record-keeping and account management for landlords, property managers and tenants.
Seamless.ae strives to ensure the platform is available without interruption. However, the platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages. Seamless.ae reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service without notice for maintenance or other reasons.
Payment processing
- Users can make payments through the platform on a recurring basis, upon request, or when charged with pre-authorised consent. Payments support both one-time and scheduled transactions.
- Seamless.ae partners with third-party payment processors; users acknowledge that payment transactions are subject to the processor’s terms, and Seamless.ae disclaims liability for any transaction processing errors or delays.
- Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED.
- The displayed price and currency at checkout match those on the transaction receipt. Confirmed prices at checkout are binding.
- Seamless.ae will not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries. Users under 18 may not register or use the payment services.
- Cardholders should retain transaction records and review the policies published on seamless.ae.
After payment, a confirmation will be sent by the payment processor via email.
Refund and cancellation policy
Approved refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment, and processing time depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of service or payment request, subject to seamless.ae’s approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 45 days, depending on financial institution policies.
Content, licence and user conduct
Users may upload content, such as documents and property information, necessary for using the platform’s services. All uploaded content must be lawful and relevant to the services provided by Seamless.ae. Seamless.ae reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
Seamless.ae grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform. All content, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images and workflows, is protected by intellectual property rights and remains the exclusive property of Seamless.ae or its licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing or creating derivative works based on the content without express permission.
If accessing Seamless.ae through a mobile application, users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on a compatible device. The licence is subject to compliance with these terms, and Seamless.ae reserves the right to revoke access if there is a breach.
Users agree not to misuse the platform, including unauthorised access, data harvesting or interference with other users’ experience. Users must not engage in any activities that are illegal, harmful, or violate the rights of others. Seamless.ae reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
Seamless.ae reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, users must cease all use of the platform and delete any copies of the content in their possession.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
Seamless.ae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total value of the user’s subscription fees paid in the preceding six months. If the user is utilising the platform for free, Seamless.ae shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seamless.ae, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from the use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
Seamless.ae shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or disruptions in telecommunications or internet services. Such events shall relieve Seamless.ae of its obligations under these terms until the force majeure event is resolved.
Privacy, governing law and jurisdiction
Seamless.ae collects, stores and processes personal information in compliance with our Privacy Policy. Users consent to our collection and use of data for account management, payment processing and service improvement.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts. In case of translations, the English version of these terms shall be the governing version.
